Leadership Retreat
Welcome to the Leadership Retreat Program!
Your first months as a leader shape how you lead for years to come. You are no longer responsible only for your work, but for people, performance, and decisions that carry impact.
The Leadership Retreat is a six-month group coaching programme designed for new leaders navigating this transition. Limited to 20 participants, the cohort meets bi-weekly for focused 90-minute sessions that combine structured leadership frameworks with real-time application and peer dialogue.
This is not surface-level training. It is deliberate development.
We focus on:
• Communicating with clarity and authority
• Building credibility with former peers
• Giving effective feedback
• Managing up and influencing stakeholders
• Navigating organisational dynamics
• Emotional intelligence under pressure
• Strengthening confidence and presence
Between sessions, participants apply what they learn in real leadership situations, returning with insights, challenges, and growth.
Leadership is not learned in theory. It is built in practice.

What Participants Said About The Programs
Advance Communication Alumni
"The Advanced Communications at Work with MBTI course was so much fun and very insightful. We shared plenty of laughs while also learning practical tools to improve workplace communication. The course highlighted how different personality types perceive, process, and share information and how understanding these differences can reduce miscommunication, strengthen collaboration and create more productive and respectful work environments. I truly enjoyed it! Thank you, Wardah. I most definitely recommend this course."
Advance Communication Alumni
"I had the pleasure of attending the Advance Communications (MBTI) program led by Wardah, and it was truly one of the most engaging and insightful experiences I’ve had. She not only delivered valuable knowledge but did so in a way that kept everyone actively involved throughout the session. Her ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, simple, and practical manner made the content easy to understand and apply. Wardah balanced professionalism with a friendly style that kept the session lively and inspiring from start to finish."
Emotional Intelligence Alumni
"The Emotional Intelligence programme exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was how practical and interactive the sessions were. The role plays, group discussions, and reflection exercises helped me see how my emotions influence the way I communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure. I became more aware of my triggers and the impact they have on my team. Wardah, our trainer made learning so fun, and she created a very safe and open environment, which made it easier to participate honestly."
Emotional Intelligence Alumni
"The Emotional Intelligence programme led by Wardah gave me a level of clarity I didn’t expect. The self-awareness exercises helped me better understand how I think, respond, and show up as a leader, especially in moments of pressure and decision-making. Wardah has a way of making emotional intelligence practical and relatable. Her facilitation felt grounded in real experience, and the conversations stayed with me long after the programme ended."
Advance Leadership Alumni
“I’ve been in leadership roles for over 20 years, and I walked into the Advance Leadership programme thinking I probably wouldn’t learn anything new. I was genuinely surprised by how much my peers and I had taken away by the end of the 2-day programme. Wardah has a rare ability to challenge experienced leaders without making it feel forced. The way she connected values, self-awareness, and real leadership decisions made me reflect on my own approach in ways I hadn’t done in years. This was one of the most meaningful leadership sessions I’ve attended in a long time."
Advance Leadership Alumni
"The Advance Leadership programme with Wardah was not something I expected from the leadership programmes I’ve attended in the past. It was both thought-provoking and deeply relevant to my role, creating space to pause, reflect inwardly, and reassess how I make decisions, lead people, and show up in moments that require clarity and confidence. I left with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of direction in how I want to lead moving forward. Wardah’s depth, presence, and authenticity made this a truly different and memorable leadership experience"
FAQ On Our Academy Program
Most engagements are delivered as private, organisation-specific programmes. Selected leadership labs and capability intensives may be offered as curated open cohorts for senior professionals.
Yes. Every engagement is designed around your strategic priorities, leadership realities, and cultural context. Case material, scenarios, and facilitation approaches are adapted to reflect your industry and operating environment.
The programmes shown represent core capability pillars. Many organisations partner with us to design bespoke leadership and organisational capability journeys aligned to transformation priorities, performance goals, and culture initiatives.
For organisational programmes, cohorts are typically structured for 8 to 20 participants to enable depth, dialogue, and application. Executive-level engagements may be intentionally smaller.
Yes. We regularly support organisations operating in structured and regulated sectors, including financial services, healthcare, aviation, government, and large corporate ecosystems.
In-person engagements are highly recommended, although a hybrid model will also complement in-between sessions. Many organisations choose multi-phase delivery that combines facilitated sessions, leadership labs, and coaching integration.
Programmes range from focused executive intensives to multi-month leadership and team capability journeys, depending on expected outcome, individual goals and organisational objectives.
Where relevant, engagements may include tools such as MBTI and other leadership diagnostics to support self-awareness, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
Impact is evaluated against organisational priorities and leadership outcomes. This may include behavioural indicators, leadership effectiveness measures, psychometric insights, and structured 360 assessments conducted before and after the programme. Engagement data and qualitative feedback are also analysed to assess shifts in mindset, behaviour, and alignment with business objectives.
Engagements typically begin with a strategic discovery discussion to understand your priorities, leadership landscape, and desired outcomes. This informs a tailored proposal aligned to your organisation’s context and ambitions.
